How to Make Quail and Amaranth Grain Meal With Saffron Yogurt Bowl
First of all, take a bowl and pour the mix of sumac, fennel, smoked paprika, allspice, olive oil, tamarind paste, salt, and pepper to form a marinade. Now take 4 Quail and coat them with this Marinade and keep them at room temperature for 15 minutes.
